A new Tesla comes with adaptors to charge from any common household outlet and any 3rd party charging station.

Charging from a 3-prong household outlet, my Model Y gets 3-4 miles of range per hour of charge.

That means if you drive less than 30-40 miles a day and can plug into a 3-prong outlet at night, you may not need any other charging equipment.
